Paul Cox
Legal Executive
Paul is a legal executive at Browne Jacobson's
Birmingham office. He works within the firm's technical claims
team.
Paul deals with a wide range of cases
typically reserved between £100,000 and £500,000 and has
significant experience in dealing with fatal dependency claims; he
was responsible for the firm’s response to the Government
consultation relating to damages in this area. Paul also has an
interest in cases involving chronic pain and head injuries. In
addition to quantum and liability advice Paul regularly advises
clients on policy issues and liability.
Away from work Paul enjoys playing squash,
climbing, sailing and travelling
