Nickie is a legal executive with the firm having joined in
1980.
She has over 26 years experience in conveyancing, dealing with a
wide range of residential property transactions. Her extensive
expertise includes dealing with Shared Ownership Matters for
several Housing Associations on a day to day to basis, which
includes shared ownership sales on a plot basis and drafting
documents required for Shared Ownership Matters including sales of
Leasehold flats. Nickie is also involved in resale of existing
shares and staircasing matters along with dealing with Voluntary
Purchase Grant sales and Right to Buy sales for the Housing
Associations.
In addition to this, she has acted for companies dealing with
Right to Acquire matters, which involved drafting the documentation
and seeing the matter through to completion and also has experience
in dealing with private clients in residential transactions.
