Laura Coulter
Trainee Solicitor
Laura is a trainee with Browne Jacobson at our
Nottingham office. She joined the firm in 2006 and is currently
based in the firm’s corporate team.
Laura's role involves advising the owners,
managers and funders of companies in relation to a range of
corporate transactions, she also assists in banking transactions.
Laura co-ordinates the due diligence process and provides support
in transactions such as management buyouts, acquisitions and
takeovers.
Prior to this, Laura spent time working in the
firm’s clinical negligence team. She has also gained experience in
the firm's employer's and public liability team.
Away from work, Laura is currently learning
Spanish, salsa dancing and Yoga Pilates. Laura likes to travel and
recently spent six months working in an orphanage in Mexico. She
has also travelled through Central and South America, North Africa
and Europe.
