Gavin Cummings
Partner
Gavin is one of the firm's partners and,
during his time here, has gained over 12 years experience acting
for management, private shareholders, companies and funding
institutions on all forms of corporate finance transactions and
corporate insolvency. Gavin is 'home-grown' talent having joined
the firm in 1992 as a trainee before quickly climbing the career
ladder to become partner in 2000. His flexible approach, can-do
attitude and strong client support have helped develop and maintain
long-standing relationships with many clients.
He specialises in corporate finance and
business recovery; and has acted on behalf of a range of clients
including LDC, Pub People, Quantix Limited and Staffline
Recruitment. Gavin is very ambitious and always tries to make
things happen; his attitude matches that of Browne Jacobson and he
has been extremely successful for both the firm and its
clients.
Away from work, Gavin spends his time on the
golf course or travelling.
