Nina Best

Solicitor

Nina is a solicitor with Browne Jacobson having joined the firm as a trainee in September 2005. She is based in Nottingham where she specialises in regulatory matters, advertising and marketing law.

Nina advises clients in relation to alleged infringements of food, safety, manufacturing and product regulations, health and safety, director’s responsibilities, trade descriptions and consumer protection. She has experience in brands, advertising and marketing from initial advice on campaigns and copy to challenges by the Regulators. Transport and entertainment licensing are other areas of expertise. Nina also represents Government bodies and Local Authorities in regulatory matters.

Away from work, Nina enjoys playing football for a local team in the East Midlands Women’s Football League, cooking and going to concerts and music festivals. She also likes to travel having visited a variety of places including Egypt, the Caribbean, South America and many European destinations.
