Maryam Bentley
Solicitor
Maryam is a solicitor at Browne Jacobson
having joined the firm in 2007. She is based in the firm's
Birmingham office and specialises in defending medical negligence
claims on behalf of NHS Trusts.
Her role involves investigating complex
liability and quantum issues with a view to settling claims as
efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
Prior to joining Browne Jacobson, Maryam
gained experience of acting on behalf of claimants as well. She
managed a diverse caseload of claimant medical negligence and
personal injury work.
Away from work, Maryam enjoys eating out,
going to the gym and socialising with friends. She is also a keen
traveller having recently enjoyed two months backpacking around
Thailand.
