Kirsty Black
Associate
Kirsty is an associate solicitor with the firm at its
Birmingham offices. She is 'home-grown' talent having joined the
firm as a trainee before qualifying in 2003.
Kirsty specialises in property related contentious issues
including landlord and tenant matters, possession proceedings,
boundary disputes and right of way disputes. Clients that she has
previously worked for include Metropolitan Housing Trust,
Wilkinsons and the Greetings Card Group. Kirsty has also advised
clients on access issues under Part III of the Disability
Discrimination Act 1995 (which came into force in 2004) and also
deals in a wide range of commercial disputes including IT related
disputes.
Away from work, Kirsty enjoys travelling, having recently toured
round the west coast of America, along with enjoying dinner parties
with friends and socialising in general!
