Joanne Bligh

Jo is a partner at Browne Jacobson's
Birmingham office. She joined the firm in 2003 and specialises in a
wide range of corporate finance transactions including group
reorganisation and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (both
international and UK based), private equity and development capital
and corporate governance.
Jo has extensive experience of acting for
corporates, management teams, funders, financial institutions, SMEs
and owner-managed businesses.
Away from work, Jo enjoys spending time with
her family. She likes to travel, develop properties and has a keen
interest in football.
