Iain Blatherwick

Iain is a partner in the firms Nottingham office, specialising
in corporate transactions and advice for both private and public
sector clients.
Iain's experience includes advising on management buy-outs and
buy-ins, trade sales and purchases and private equity investments.
Iain also regularly advises at Board level on director's duties,
corporate governance, constitutional matters and other regulatory
issues to a variety of different bodies.
Iain has considerable experience of acting for public sector
clients and "not for profit" organisations, particularly in
relation to powers to trade and the establishment of trading
companies. Iain is a Member of the CBI East Midlands Council, a
director of the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire Chamber of
Commerce and the Bank of England Nottingham Business Panel.
Away from work, Iain acts as a taxi driver for his children, is
Vice-Chairman of Aslockton Cranmers FC (a children’s football club)
goes to gigs and supports Norwich City.
