Derek is partner with the firm having joined in 1981.
He is based at Browne Jacobson's Nottingham office and
specialises in professional indemnity. Derek has over 20 years
experience dealing with claims against a wide range of
professionals including accountants, solicitors, financial advisors
and insurance professionals. He also has extensive experience on
policy coverage disputes and can provide advice on risk management
and professional conduct.
Derek's interests outside of work are football, golf, playing
the guitar and the odd glass of gin! He describes himself as
intelligent, quick-witted and totally lacking in
self-awareness!
