Linda Ashmore
Senior Secretary/Legal Assistant
Linda is a senior secretary and legal assistant with the firm
having joined in 2000.
She specialises in property and has a wide range of experience
including assisting in acquisition of land property transactions
and dealing with debt cases and right to buy transactions. In her
current role, she acts for Metropolitan Housing Trust in the sale
of their surplus housing stock. Linda holds ILEX diplomas at
Fellowship and Membership levels, she also has an LPC qualification
and is in the unique position of being the only person outside the
HM Land Registry to hold the certificate in Land Registration Law
and Practice.
Away from work, Linda has a passion for sports cars and
motorbikes and loves driving. She also enjoys reading, especially
autobiographies and listens to wide range of music.
