James Arrowsmith
Solicitor
James is a solicitor with Browne Jacobson
having joined the firm in 2003 as a trainee solicitor. Since then
he has worked primarily in personal injury, acting for insurers and
Local Authority clients.
James has experience of claims handling and
manages a caseload of claims valued at up to £100,000. He also
assists in a number catastrophic matters and has experience of
group litigation.
In addition, James coordinates the firm's
quarterly 'Motor Update' to clients and has recently been involved
in advising on and responding to Government consultations on
proposed changes to fast track claims and the law of
damages.
Away from work James skis, climbs, runs and
attends the gym on a regular basis. James also assists in organised
outdoor activities for disabled individuals.
