Barbara Anthony
Solicitor
Barbara is a solicitor with Browne Jacobson in
its Birmingham office, having joined in 2007. She has extensive
experience in all forms of patient advisory work including mental
health law, inquests, NHS continuing care, complaints, consent and
disclosure of medical records.
Barbara regularly advises on all aspects of
the Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and
deprivation of liberty.
Away from work, Barbara enjoys cooking and
eating out or visiting the cinema and theatre.
